Very poor and unprofessional management by Travis at the Palm Desert office. Very angry person who retaliates against the patients by canceling their appointments without telling them and purposely causing prescriptions to not get refilled. This is a horrible problem in a mental health setting It can cause a lot of damage , concerning damage in a mental health environment. Someone needs to get rid of this person. Read reviews. I have been trying to get help from these morons for several months. I lost everything in the Bobcat fire, was severely injured and lost animals in it. Burned alive. I am trying to find help for my Severe PTSD. They put you on hold for over a half hour then disconnects you- that is if they answer their phone at all. I have 2 HORRIBLE appointments with Megan Singer who would give me no advice at all and would go silent for over 5 min. at a time. I kept thinking that we got disconnected.
