This place is great. They have completely remodeled the pool area. Wow, it looks awesome. The interior is also being remodeled. Can't wait till its finished. Great location.
Bad place! No structure, no comfort and no security. The condominium does not have the slightest leisure facilities. The new manager is terrible. I've been a resident for almost three years, when we arrived the condominium still had minimal leisure facilities and now nothing! I always had two cars and after the new property manager things changed radically for the worse. Horrible place to live! The new manager is so abusive that he created a new parking system allowing only one car per unit and they charge you if you want to park an extra car, they don’t allow visitors and they interrogate you every time you want to enter your house, it was a very quiet place to live until they changed the manager in the office, this new manager is very rude and has tried to hit several residents, they also don’t allow dogs but there are people who do have dogs and they know it and haven’t said anything. I am truly grateful to our new president for giving us back the dignity of living in such a beloved condominium that had long persisted in its conservative status! No pets, you can only have 1 car per apartment, no laundry in the apartments, you are forced to use the public one, the gym is a joke, and the pool has been broken since last year, yet they charge the same as other places that doesn't have all these rules... o yeah, also, no privacy. They will, at least once a month, randomly get into your apartment, + fire alarm super old goes off all the time. Good luck.
