The board is basically controlled by the manager, and dealing with him has been a nightmare. He is rude, disrespectful, and extremely difficult to communicate with. Whether you are buying, selling, or renting, he seems to take his time and does not show much concern for owners or residents for their issues. It feels like money is the only thing that matters. If you ever have to deal with the manager directly, be prepared for a frustrating experience

This place is great. They have completely remodeled the pool area. Wow, it looks awesome. The interior is also being remodeled. Can't wait till its finished. Great location.

Bad place! No structure, no comfort and no security. The condominium does not have the slightest leisure facilities. The new manager is terrible. I've been a resident for almost three years, when we arrived the condominium still had minimal leisure facilities and now nothing! I always had two cars and after the new property manager things changed radically for the worse. I'm not much on writing or reading long reviews but I sending a waring to potential renters and/or buyers. This place is ridiculous. The costs to move in are unbelievable. The building was built in the 1960's and borders the hood. Be prepared to pay a large electric bill and put up with outdated plumbing. On top of that it's roach infested and when I requested that my unit be sprayed I was denied by the pest control company because the HOA had not paid they're bill.They have added a step to being approved to move in, in addi... read more

No pets, you can only have 1 car per apartment, no laundry in the apartments, you are forced to use the public one, the gym is a joke, and the pool has been broken since last year, yet they charge the same as other places that doesn't have all these rules... o yeah, also, no privacy. They will, at least once a month, randomly get into your apartment, + fire alarm super old goes off all the time. Good luck.
