I just moved in November 3, 2017. My Apartment was dirty the day I moved in. Floors were dusty and have sticky spots throughout, cleaners came and just put wax over it! Unacceptable! Shower was still dirty. Mustang Park has done nothing but say I am sorry and blame their vendors or me for having my door dead bolted when they scheduled cleaners the same day I called to complain again that the apartment still needed to be cleaned! Haven't had a single issue. Maintenance is always quick to fix anything you need. Quiet apartment complex, haven't had any issues with noise either.
Nice community, very peaceful and quiet, excellent customer service from the office staff and maintenance. I enjoyed living there for almost 3 years. I'm gonna miss it!
Poor service, horrible people. Need old management back. Glad I'm out of that place.
