Good Afternoon, Im typing this regarding the lack of professionalism, class, empathy and understanding from the Windsor Housing Authority Employees. My grandma has been a resident at Shad Run on Henry street for 16 years now.. 16 YEARS. Has NEVER missed a payment. For two months, the housing authority claimed she was missing a payment from August 2024.
