This place takes for ever to answer the phone . No matter what time of the day you call . I call to see hows my Grandpa and nothing no one picks up the phone calls . I know they might be "busy" but they should have someone that takes the calls? Right? I go to see whats going on and they are in and out of that place . I mean with covid right now wow .
i have had my mother in Windsor for over a year, she first went for rehab and as suspected was not able to return home The staff and doctors worked with me to assist in all needed to maintain my mothers affaires. During her stay they did their best to help her and gave her the best care. The facility and staff did not know I was a DON for many years so did keep an eye out for state and federal regulation errors, none seen. This facility is literally killing my mother. I bet they take this post down.
This is the best rehabilitation and long term care center in Salinas. They made the last seven months of my mother's life so much easier for her, my sister, and me.
