This place was disgusting, they left my Mother sitting in wet diapers to a point they sent her home with stage 3 bedsores, a urine infection and a rash between her legs so bad she would scream when it got wet... she had to be hospitalized 3 days after returning home and now is in another home cleaning up their mess ... Foul, foul people ... wouldn't stick my dog in that hole

Was this senior care facility's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Would you recommend this senior care facility to others? I Already Have Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you? They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was it easy to find parking at this senior care facility? Not really, but I found a spot Did this senior care facility use current and safe equipment? Yes

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Excellent place, the staff are wonderful, nursing attendant were willing to help mo matter how busy they are. What was amazing was when the nursing director answer the call bell in room 7 assisted our dad to bed from his wheelchair and made sure he has everything he needs before leaving the room. I've never seen anything like that from the other place.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this provider's office easy to locate? No, I couldn't even find it with my GPS

I was very upset to find out that after 3 times of reminding the staff that my mom can't chew because the hospital she was previously in lost her dentures, they continued to bring her meals that she could not eat. She was also found lying in a dirty bed because she is unable to make it to the bathroom herself and no one had checked on her since breakfast and this was at 11:30am.
