Steer clear !!! – First off, obviously angryresident is either the manager or friend of. Do not even read their entry. If you want expert advise about this place then your reading the right entry! THIS PLACE IS VERY BAD – THIS PARK IS VERY BAD FOR PEOPLE TO MOVE INTO. IF YOU MOVE IN HERE EXPECT HIGH RENT, POOR SERVICE, AND UNKIND MANAGMENT. THEY REALLY NEED TO GO. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO HIRED THEM BUT THE MADE A BIG MISTAKE. THE OWNER OF THE PARK DOESN'T EVEN CARE, HE LIVES IN CHICAGO AND COULD CARE LESS UNLESS HES NOT MAKING MONEY. dont ever live here – this park is bad enough with the management. the people here yell at you for doing nothing. there is nothing good about this park. the playground broken and is written all over. the streets are finaly being paved after many years. most of the streets in the back of the park are very bad. there are more trailers leaving then what is comming in. all of the streets almost dont even have any trailers on it. this park is bad.

Good community – As a paying resident of St. Clair Estates I am offened to the comments that have been made. I know for a fact that the manager's sons pay rent and it is more than a lot of the residents and they also receive violations just like everyone else. The managers are not the owners of this park therefore no special treatment is given to the managers relatives or friends. I do agree that the rent is high and that is the only thing I agree about. st clair estates the community manager/maintance – These two people have to go. They are making our community hell. The people have spoken out now for three years. When are the ownerse of this community going to get it. The park is getting empty. People are leaving due to these two people and their sons. without doubt not a place you want to live in. – This is not a manufactured community this is a trailer park. The only perks you have is if you are related to the management. The manager, the manager of maintenance and the repair man that will do the skirting, roofing,decks etc. are all related! This park has more empty homes then lived ones and whatever is left by the current owners are first picked over by the management family(aunt, sister and son) and then if you want to buy it they want cash so, what does that tell you?... read more
