Bad trailer court. Drugs etc. Management doesnt care about the residents only the money coming in. Sense angela alexander became manager the place became a dump. She moves in her friends and lets them get away with everything. They always having sewer problems. And the drugs are bad big time so is thief. Even found a couple of needles down at the play ground. When angela works she stays at the office and sleeps. If you're thinking about moving here, DONT!!! FINALLY GOT OUT OF THE DUMP.
DON'T MOVE HERE – Rockview Heights, LLC, just bought out ARC a group of trailer parks located in the St. Louis area. We moved in this trailer park back in 2008 and I will have to say it was the worse choice we could have ever made. First off we rented a trailer owned by the park. The carpet was old, dingy, with holes in it. I didn’t complain about this because I have pets and a very active 8 year old boy. unfair liars – i have lived here 7 years and this was a nice park then and pretty filled. now this park is so empty, dirty, unkept places, lawns. rowdy and rude kids. then,we get forclosed on! they couldnt be up front and honest all they cared about was r money high lot rent, didnt care enough to tell us the truth as to what was happening but cared enough about r money and making sure r lot rent was paid on time though! this isnt profesional nor a way to run a park or treat the residents of this park! i feel so sorry for all... read more
FOR MEME26, IS MY SPELLING BETTER? – No it's not cheaper than living in an apartment. I lived in Clairidge apartments on 16 and Harper two bedrooms huge living room. They are very well maintanied and have a pool, club house, tennis court, basketball court and volleyball court. Cost, $640.00 monthly and heat and water is included. I moved because I wanted to stop wasting money and buy into something, that will one day be mine. What is going on here???? – April twenty nineth, two thousand and ten. Well. So now they want us to make sure we pay by the first of the month? According to the lease we signed we have until the FIFTH of the month before a late fee is charged. nice place to live and have a family in – I am horribly offended by the people that put bad stuff on this web site about this community! I like this place! My friends and family that live here in the community also like it here. As with any community there are rules to follow in here. The rules are shown to you before you move in a do the closing.
