Horrible business. Had some work done 9 months ago and was scheduled for a cleaning. They called me the day before to tell me I had a $700+ balance due from 9 months prior that I would need to pay when I came in. As far as I knew I had paid everything and insurance has covered as well. I called the insurance company and they stated that I should only owe $200+ for the rest of my part. RecommendedI have dental anxiety and even during Covid procedures, the staff was warm, caring and helped me feel less anxious and worried. I also didn’t feel that they were selling dental. Instead, their plan for care seemed out of genuine concern for my health and true dental needs. Appreciate an honest approach—while also being kind.

They kept canceling my appointment and rescheduled but couldn’t find that appointment either. Said they would call me back and never did. I’m over it. Going somewhere else to spend my thousands of dollars.
I have had high anxiety like every other person with dental & I have to say This team of professional’s have great chemistry with each other & me, the client. Don’t delay your exam any longer, you will be taken care of. Thanks Windsor Family! 🦷
