2 appt -- 7/22 and 7/25 6-mo check-up/cleaning on 7/22 -- excellent -- very thorough, pain-free, etc. replace filling on 7/25 -- first time in long time had a filling -- very quick, painless, etc. HOWEVER, I did not appreciate financial approach to service estimate and that I had to sign a form basically saying I would pay. I've been a long-time patient and have always paid with check or credit card or, at one time, insurance. I do not appreciate the feeling of being screened for possible non-payment!
