8/1/16 review Windsor called me when an earlier appointment was cancelled. I was appreciative as this helped me to finish some other tasks sooner than I had hoped for. Thanks for taking me in earlier. Lisa was very informative and performed the cleaning exceptionally well.

6-mo check-up/cleaning on 7/22 -- excellent -- very thorough, pain-free, etc. replace filling on 7/25 -- first time in long time had a filling -- very quick, painless, etc. HOWEVER, I did not appreciate financial approach to service estimate and that I had to sign a form basically saying I would pay. I've been a long-time patient and have always paid with check or credit card or, at one time, insurance. I do not appreciate the feeling of being screened for possible non-payment!
