They are the very best. i got hold of Forrest on the 4th of July and let him know that the spring on my garage door broke. I told him we were Ok o. the 4th but would need to get my car out on the morning of the 5th. He said OK he would be here at 7am on the 5th. When he got here he said, you know I would have come out yesterday. FORREST IS THE BEST. 💛🧡❤WINDSOR DOOR
I got a broken Garage door spring for Christmas. Windsor door had it fixed in less than an hour from my first call to them and for a lot less $$$ than the other guys I called. Definitely recommended.
I wasn’t too happy with the customer service we received after moving into our newly purchased home over this past weekend. The garage door was put in two weeks before we got the keys, Since then they have provided us with much better customer service. I do still think the receptionist shouldn’t be telling customers “Well, there isn’t anything we can do.” But thank you to the guys who turned it around.
Forrest is awesome! Always same day service! Very professional and reasonably priced. I have been using them for years and they take great care of me!
Had issues with my garage door a couple of years ago - and I apparently called the wrong place. It broke again this week and Windsor sent out Forrest. In and out with it fixed right this time! So grateful and now the door is quieter too.
