This dentist cannot even manage a 1 day a week schedule. They don’t answer calls, have cancelled on me twice and did not even show on another occasion. Terrible.
I would give Windsor Dental a zero rating - a minus rating if I could. I had a broken tooth and their website said they were open every day…BUT NOT TRUE. they have now changed their website to reflect the truth - they are only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays. And THEY NEVER CHECK THEIR VOICEMAILS! I left FIVE voicemails last Thursday and FIVE on Friday telling them I had a broken tooth and needed to see a dentist. ASAP. NO RESPONSE. I would give this practice a zero or minus rating if I could. I broke a tooth and called Windsor Dental where I have gone for all my dental work. I checked the website which said they are open Monday - Friday, 8am to 5 pm. I called during regular business hours. The office voice mail first said someone would be with me shortly - then told me to leave a message because they were with patients. THAT WAS A LIE.
