Great starter apartments. My husband & I lived here for two years when we first got married. This was a great choice for us to start out. The prices are reasonable. You get to fish anytime you want to on one of their stocked lakes. comes equiped with dishwasher & microwave. Electric heat.
Not a good place to live Lot of hidden charges. Unexpected bills. Bad management Suck when you vacate. They give promises and good looking framed policies which will screw up the tenants later. May be the sexton properties management is good but Windsor ct manager sucks!!! Be careful dealing with him or you will repent later
