Really excellent new place hidden away behind Walgreens on Largo--some of the best fried chicken you'll find in this city! Excellent liver and onions (not a fan usually, but theirs is GOOD), porkchops and FRESH southern vegies plus homemade desserts (killer Carrot Cake). Stop by for breakfast (BEST cheese grits--the cheese isn't mixed in, but comes all melted and delicious on top--YUM!), salmon croquettes, blueberry pancakes! I Highly recommend this place! If you haven't eaten here you haven't eaten good food. The owner is kind and courteous and the food is phenomenal. The restaurant is clean. If you live in the Windsor Forest area you must try this...if you don't live in the area come by whenever you're on the South Side you won't be disappointed.
The worst place I've ever eaten ever chicken tasted like it was fried with old grease fries looked and tasted like they sat in grease and then under the light from the night before a mess.......
Enjoyed the Windsor Cafeteria tonight. It was clean, bright and food was well presented and delicious.Planning to visit this restaurant frequently. Other diners in the restaurant told us they eat there twice a week and enjoy good food with enough variety to keep them coming back again and again. Prices are very decent and portions perfect.

Southern cooking at great prices!! My husband and I have eaten there several times and the food is always excellent - fried pork chops, meatloaf, fried chicken, squash, fried okra, collard greens, macaroni and cheese (tastes like my mama made it!), and potato salad just to name a few :)

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch! We were all very pleased. Everything was delicious (chicken philly, meatloaf, chicken and waffles, collard greens, mac and cheese, pecan pie). You cannot go wrong with any item you choose. The service was excellent as well. Visit Windsor Cafeteria if you are looking for a home cooked meal prepared with love!
