Every interaction with the staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful. Patrick from the leasing staff is always ready to help in any way and so friendly. He really makes an effort to go out of his way to make sure the residents are taken care of!! We love living here!
I’m a relatively new member of the community here and am so thankful. When I say community, I mean it the best sense of the word. One example took place today. I made a mistake that drained my car battery last night. This morning, when I went to go shopping the car wouldn’t start. I called a local company at 9:00. They never came. I lived here with my wife for two years and have mixed feelings about the experience. We ultimately moved out because of an unreasonable lease increase—our rent was raised by 25%. We tried to negotiate with the leasing office, but they refused to lower the price. Strangely, after we moved out, we saw the exact same apartment listed online at the original rent, which makes it seem like they simply didn’t want us to renew. We moved into the Windsor at Liberty House approximately a week & a half ago. So far we have enjoyed our time here. While the Windsor isn’t the newest building, it makes up for that with space—the apartments are big. I wanted to give an especially big shout out to Patrick. Patrick did our leasing tour & helped us as we navigated moving in & beyond. Patrick was very professional, kind, helpful, & knowledgeable. He was extremely patient with our many questions.
