I’ve lived at Windsor at Library House for a year now and have been very happy with my stay. Overall, it’s been a great experience—possibly one of the best apartment communities in the Paulus Hook area of Jersey City. My wife and I lived at Windsor for a year, and had we had the option to stay in Jersey City, we would have extended our lease without hesitation. The Winsdor staff, both the leasing office and maintenance team are incredible.
