Great location, pet friendly, and plan on staying. The maintenance staff is superb and Paula Paran is by far the best building manager. Since she was hired I never have to worry.
After 11 years in the same apartment on the second floor, we were ready to move, but we didn't want to leave Windsor at Hancock Park. So we waited for the perfect apartment on the 5th floor to come available, and we now call that home. After 11 years living here, we appreciate the other tenants, the amenities, and the staff. When we found out that State Farm would no longer cover us for renter's insurance, the manager (Paula) helped us find an alternative. I tried to set up a time to view units with no response.
My mother is thrilled to be a part of the Windsor Hancock Park community! Paula, the Resident Service Manager, consistently creates a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for all of the residents. The communication is excellent, the people are wonderful, and the property is beautiful.
