Nickel and dime People – This is a half decent place to live except that they try to rip you off with little charges. When you dont return your parking permit sticker, $100 REALLY!!! for a sticker?? The parking for guess is horrible, they dont offer any accomidations for that. The people in the leaseing office not flexable at all and talk to you out of a policy book... Dont live here, much better places in Denver for the same price..Oh and the manager is horrible with helping residents.

Expensive, Loud, Trashy, No Parking, Small, No Storage – Do not live here! We have only lived here for a month and wish we could move already. The model we saw was very quiet and right on Broadway. Our apartment is so very very loud. The hallways are always dirty and smell like dog pee. The residents are loud and party 24/7. There's no guest parking. We park on the 5th floor of the parking garage which is half mile, we are using an extra mile of gas just to park every day! I reported our lights need to be replaced on Saturda... read more

Do NOT Live here – Management will do anything they can to get money out of you. Our car got stolen out of the parking garage and management charged us $50.00. Do NOT forget to turn in your 60 day notice if you are leaving because they will increase your rent by $300/month if you don't. They have your email and phone number, but instead of calling you or emailing, they put notes on your door. Good idea, since my door is right by an exit. We never received notices.

more cons than pros – The apartments are pretty nice. I can't hear my neighbors most days through the walls, and the bathrooms and kitchens are large. Although the "wood" floor is not really wood, it is still easy to clean up and looks nicer than carpet. There is next to no storage in the apartments themselves and the storage closets in the complex are pricey. The hallways and common spaces need some help. Unbelievable Management!!! – Management discriminates if you have children!! Families should NOT live here. They clearly want it to be Melrose Place up in here. Most of the hallways smell like urinal pucks. Sometimes the smell is so strong that you have to run to the elevator. There is not adequate landscaping to accommodate the amount of dog urine and feces. Absolutely terrible – We have no place for visitors to park. Every floors smells like dog. Not very well maintained the barbeque area always filthy and broken. Lots of noise and yelling in the late night and the language is horrible. No place to park bicycles. Very hard to cool down in the heat of the day and the window covering leaves a lot to be desired. We are very disappointed with this property and will do every thing possible to move when our 1 year lease is up.

Filled with partying trash – We have lived here a year and can't wait until our lease is up. Tenants drive obnoxiously fast in the parking ramp. They let their dogs poop in the hallways and don't clean it up. It reeks of weed within the hallways. The pool is always filled with people partying. It's like spring break here everyday. I once witnessed this idiot vomiting in the hallway. This place is very expensive so I have no idea how these young trashy people afford to live here. people leave bags of trash in the parking ramp... read more
