Don't Be Fooled / The Place Is Turning Into A Dump – The 2 most recent reviews by Shhhhh07 & bella2285 are obvious fake reviews solicited or written by Greystar employees. Parking Issues! – Guest parking is an issue. Actually, there is NO designated visitor parking. BEWARE, Alpine Towing will tow you if you park in a retail spot! Alpine charged me $275.68 to get my car back. They patrol this lot on a regular basis looking to pop someone for nearly $300 in towing charges. They will find someone too because there is no other place to park. Unethical, and the prices they (Alpine) quote over the phone are lower than the actual price they charge at the impound lot. Skewed Negative Reviews – I agree with bella2283. The management team has heard each of the issues raised in prior reviews and have willingly taken steps to address them. This is an apartment complex with several hundred units within the city. I don't expect perfection and am very pleased that I found a nice, safe community in a great location. Vast Improvements – I'm sorry but I have to disagree with how the past people have felt. Maybe I understand a little bit more since I work in the industry and mistakes happen in property management. It's unfortunate but they do just like in any other job. I really do like living here. Yes, garbage can be a problem and for awhile the carpets were stained from people dragging their garbage but they've hired someone to clean the carpets everyday. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE – Absolutely one of the worst decisions I have ever made. Run don't walk away from this place. Everyone is right on with their reviews. Staff is horrific!!! They smile when you are looking at the place and then once you sign it is nothing but stabbing you in the back or fining you. Parking Racket – This place WAS great until they completely changed every staff member. Parking garage and parking in general was planned and is unmaintained. The parking garage is just plain dangerous. But the worst part is the parking racket they are running. At least 20 spaces are reserved for Retail Parking Only. But there is NO RETAIL whatsover. None. CESSPOOL!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!! – Like the reviews below, STAY AWAY!!!! I rented here site unseen, only because I know that Tramell Crow builds a good product (they developed the complex), from being in the apartment development and finance field. The Crummy Life Just Gets Crummier – If you are truly considering this place, here is my advice. BEFORE you take a tour, hear the lies of the leasing agents, go on a Saturday (during summer) and visit the pool in the late afternoon (3-9 pm). You can get in if you wait by the gate for someone to open it. Don't worry about someone asking you "Do you live here?" and not being able to get in. Those rules of security do not apply here. Begin living the simple life, with feces just like cavemen – WOW STAY AWAY, They are totally right about the simple life. Dog feces in the hallway greeting you almost every morning, the whole apartment complex smells like dog piss(about 100 dogs have a small landing strip to pee on), and missing ups packages.
