Windsor apartments I've lived at Windsor for 3 years and I absolutely love it! It's a very quite and peaceful place to call home. Having a kind property manager and great staff makes it perfect! The new management is doing a lot of upgrading and adding things like a dog park, new pool fence and furniture and still have more to do!
Former tenant I lived there for five years and the only complaint I had was on some of the rowdy neighbors drinking at night, but other than that I enjoyed living there. I left in 2016, the manager then was miss Connie, and she was awesome if you needed help with anything.
Terrible people Took my application fee money and never intended to rent to us. Made up a bunch of bogus excuses. Then claimed they rented the apartment already. Even though I know it's a lie cause I had someone call to see if they had any available and they said yes.
