Maintenance team is responsive and professional. Been here almost a year and really happy with my choice. The location on Garrett Dr is perfect for getting around Athens. Maintenance team is responsive and professional. Only minor issue is the water pressure could be better in the shower but thats pretty common.

Management is friendly and easy to work with My daughter attends Athens State and these apartments have been perfect for her. Management is friendly and easy to work with. The units are clean and well-maintained. We looked at several places in the area and Windsor was definitely the best value.

Been renting here for 6 months now and its been a solid experience. Been renting here for 6 months now and its been a solid experience. The units are bigger than I expected and having my own entrance is nice. Management keeps things running smooth and I haven't had any real issues.

Overall really happy I chose Windsor! Absolutely love the location off Garrett Drive - so easy to get anywhere in Athens! The apartment complex is well-maintained and quiet. My only small complaint would be that the laundry hookups could use updating, but honestly its not a big deal. Overall really happy I chose Windsor!

Unreliable & avoidant I just moved to Athens last October. There have been two different property managers since I have been here & it’s my understanding that neither have been very professional. I recently had a water leak, from both my neighbors and my utility closet. I guess maintenance requests don’t mean anything because to this day I have not had written follow up. Manager is very rude New management is very rude and unapproachable. Absolutely unprofessional and very rude to myself and my sister who rented here. Apartments are in poor shape as well. Do not recommend having to deal with this management as she does not work well with tenants and is inappropriate to tenants.
Actively getting worse all the time I’ve lived here for two years and am trying to get out asap. When I moved in it was fantastic but the new management is terrible and incompetent. They bumped my rent $100 the first year and are about to bump it another $200. Not worth it at all
