I wish I would have read the reviews before renting! Cheryl in the main office is not only rude and dismissive, but she was also dishonest with me. She will tell you one thing, and do another. Put me in a smoking apartment day one and tried to make me stay in it! Told me "you have no choice" and that they would sue me if I did not stay there. She did eventually fix it, but was never a pleasure to be around. Some people exude that they love their job, Cheryl is not one of them. The "Worry Free Lease" is garbage too. Terrible ... read more

RecommendedAmazing and beautiful place.Walking inside was pleasure and felt very safe.Living room and bedrooms are good size. Play area for kids is awesome and Swimming pool is clean .Mantainence requests were resolved very promptly.We had no issues in getting deposit back.Cheryl and other people in leasing house are extremely professional and supportive.we enjoyed our 3 year stay in Windsong Place .Highly Recommended!!!

Windsong is an exceptional community. Very up scaled/ a helpful staff/ beautifully maintained/ owners very aware of necessary upgrades/ cant say enough about all of the positives.

Before moving in to Windsong, we've read up on the pros and cons on the internet. One of the cons being people have a rough time of not getting their deposit back when their lease ended. But we decided to go ahead with moving in anyway just because of the friendly staff and the wonderful property. Now that we've been through both ends of the lease, I would like to tell anyone who is interested in Windsong, just go for it!
