Not a very good evening when visiting. The loved one wants to leave with us and is putting on his shoes and getting aggressive. We've forgotten the password to open the door and no help can be found. Not anywhere, for at least 30 minutes! Where were they all hiding? Finally got the door open and had to literally shut it in his face so he wouldn't go with us. Left me upset and guilty. And mad.
My mom moved into Windsong in May of 2015. There are so many things that Windsong provides her, love, companionship, exciting things to do and help when she needs it. I live in Arizona and Alaska and can not be there for her. I love knowing that everyone at Windsong provides my mother with care and kindness and that I can look on this site and see my mom singing, dancing and enjoying her life. Thank you!
Enough cannot be said about the wonderful things that are happening at Windsong - great program, warm and inviting atmosphere, caring and well-trained staff, and excellent food! We are so grateful to have discovered Windsong for our mother.
