My husband was at this facility. He had Parkinson’s and beginning dementia. They are always understaffed. He barely received the basic level of care. He was left alone at night without being checked on. I would arrive mornings at 7 and he would have no water, and would have been in his chair all night, and soaking wet. Many times he was not taken to breakfast. Nor given breakfast in his room. He was always last when needing care. The call lights are not answered promptly, if answered at all.
