With a family of 6+ this company has always been there for our vehicles. We have had several windshields replaced over the last 20+ years. Each time Mike’s crew has provided great service. Very bad experience. I deleted my lengthy review since it ended up looking crazy after Kathy, the owner’s wife, deleted her rude replies and it appeared as a one sided conversation. In his defense, Mike offered to make it right but driving 45 minutes each way did not appeal to me. The problem (glass left all over my car) was exacerbated by his daughter and wife’s harassing phone calls for payment. They were paid in under 30 days.
I've been going to these guys for over 4 years, and a review has been long over due. If you're looking for well priced, professionally installed work. Look no further, these are the guys you need to see!
Great place. I was referred to them by the local Lexus dealer because the dealer stated they do not deal with insurance companies. However, Windshield City does their work. Lindsay helped coordinate with Safelite Solutions who partners with my insurance company. They were able to obtain an OEM windshield after a an object hit mine causing damage that couldn't be legally repaired.
