Some of the office management members are very fake welcoming and pretending to be nice' but they're not, especially SENEIDA FREDDE, she's very Arrogant, Ignorant and a nasty attitude. If you're a new applicant they'll smile to you but once you start complaining about the apartment issues and the Illegal gate remote fees, they started picking on you and writing rude letters of notice to you. RecommendedI’ve lived here since April 18’ and i must say Sandy and Seneida in the front office have been the most helpful with all of my needs. They definitely make sure the residence are well taken care of.
It was wonderful stay for us here. Office staff is very friendly and they always keen to listen to our maintanance request and fix them promplty. Apartment is clean and easy to reach being near toll road.I highly recommend Windridge.
My son and I have lived here for almost 2 years. The maintenance team is quick and efficient. But the girls in the office are the best. We needed a bigger apartment, they helped me out to the fullest and beyond. Also, Vivian the Community Manager took care of us as we are family.

I was a resident for about 4 years and we just left the apt, they charged me 300 for the car tag because suppostly i didnt turned on the next day of the move out when the other person who used to live with me turned it 2 days later. Im sooo mad because i went there to turn everything and they didnt want to accept anything. Bad experience! Bad customer service from the recepction, and is not the first time... they did it alot times on different past situations... i hope they fix this because i still dont want to pay for somet... read more
I love our little paradise. Staff is amazing. Been here for almost two and plan on staying longer.
