UPDATE SINCE MOVING IN: From the very first call, Jesse set the bar impossibly high and then kept clearing it. He took me on a FaceTime tour of the property, sent me a walkthrough video of a comparable unit so I could understand the actual space beyond a floor plan, and when I visited in person, he arranged for me to view an available apartment so I could see everything for myself. If we could give 0 we would!! I wouldn't be suprise if the positive reviews were part of a paid promotion. We arrived today at 255 pm so we could tour the property. The leasing office was locked with a sign that said "will reopen at 330pm". We knocked on the door but no one answered. We called but we were told by the call center that they couldn't locate anyone. Great place that pleasantly surprised me with its quality of service and attention to detail. The staff is polite, the atmosphere is cozy, and everything is done with care for customers. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to friends!!
I lived at the Windridge apartment complex for two years, in both a one bedroom unit and then a two bedroom unit. The apartments are a bit on the older side, but well-kept. They're pretty conveniently located if you can't live in downtown Chattanooga, as it's right next to the highway - I was 10 minutes from anywhere in town. Its a really a great to place to live. The front office is very informative and prompt with any issues i might have. They are very friendly and genuinely care about the residents here
