I moved into Windridge July 2024 and have 0 complaints! The manager, leasing staff, maintenance crew, and groundskeeper all do a phenomenal job at keeping up with the property and making sure tenants are happy! Maintenance requests are always completed within a timely manner. I’ve never seen anything out of place, or felt the slightest bit unsafe. The interior of the apartments have a fabulous layout, and are the first ones in 6 years to make me feel like I have a home vs an apartment. I can’t recommend Windridge enough!
I lived at this property for about 5 years and loved it!! There are many options for apartment living in Chattanooga but few that are spaced out so well. You look out your window and see trees. It’s very quiet there. The pool area is also fantastic. Plenty of loungers and space in the pool. They also have several grills spaced out with tables and areas to enjoy. The community is beautiful and quiet! And the staff is amazing, Kimmi, Brandon and Jessie are great for any resident needs and the maintenance team, Ben and Wyatt, are always fast and super friendly!

Are you a Senior Citizen? Read on!We have lived here for almost six months and we are very pleased. Management is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Maintenance is great and very responsive and busy. The best thing about this place is how quiet it is here. People tend to keep to themselves.
