They need to hirer good maintenance. We had repairs done and they had to return to refix. Office staff talks to other renters about people that live there and thats not good. Loved the area and friends we met
It's a beautiful community love the area . The maintenance sucks they put in cheap appliances for replacement they do half ass work instead of fixing it right the head of maintence jim is a dumbass, the office personal 2 of them are ok but stella is 2 face nice to ya but talk shit on once you turn your back , nice apts cause the way they fix thing's not worth the $
I feel very strongly that wind ridge apartments needs upgrading, which means newer appliances and lighting for their residents and pests and rodents. The basement smells of mildew.
