Terrible experience with this company. I had been looking to replace 6 windows and have one window slightly widened and replaced. Steven the salesman said he would complete my estimate and get someone to give a quote on the masonry work for widening the window by the end of the week. No one ever came and I didn't hear from him. HORRIBLE! Stay away from this company, bad on so many levels. Salesman was dishonest, tried to add on extras that we hadn't discussed. He measured the windows and got one wrong. Installers are absolutely awful, sloppy work, didn't put sealant in very well, left windows without sealant. They didn't show up on time, I had had to call and track them down. First time, they left sharp screws in my driveway and rags. Was told the other windows would be 10 days. I called after 3 weeks of not hearing from them, got scheduled. They r... read more
