My experience with Windows Hawaii has been good so far. They were responsive when I requested an estimate and was patient while I decided who to go with. Just waiting for confirmation when the Windows are ready to be installed.
This company did not want to repair my windows that we paid over $15,000 for in 2020. Their installers used a cheap fiberboard instead of solid lumber and knew the material would be exposed to rain and not suitable for the exterior. Shame on them! The GM Mario Garcia refused to repair the damage. Do not hire them. You will regret it.
Great install team: Jonah, Nick, and Ralph did a fantastic job as scheduled: They replaced the original windows installed in 1988 - it took them 4 days to install 15 windows and three sliding glass doors. The team was fantastic - friendly, respectful of the property, and did quality work. They cleaned up after themselves and had the trash, including old windows and screens removed from the property daily. I did a lot of research in finding the right company for our needs and Mario impressed us right off the bat. He brought the showroom to US and spent a lot of time in answering all our questions and asking about our concerns. It took about 7 months for our custom windows and door to land in Honolulu.
