We live in the neighborhood. Both Nick & Joe were extremely courteous, prompt, & pleasant to be around. The attention to detail & finishing was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for a better job!

Killer products. I've purchased three doors and a couple of windows from them now. The best is the glass slider with a retractable screen and a floor bolt. It's totally secure and looks fantastic because you never see the screen unless you want it attached. Also pops right back in when someone (inevitably) is walking backwards out to the bbq and walks through it. Also, a local Ballard business which is always a plus as far as I'm concerned. Have had great experiences with them.

Our sales person was an enormous help. The install crew did a great job on a cold and windy day. They even came back on Saturday to finish the job ahead of our painters. Wonderful customer service!...
