Best place for lots of windows – Our sales person was an enormous help. The install crew did a great job on a cold and windy day. They even came back on Saturday to finish the job ahead of our painters. Wonderful customer service!
Best Window Store in Seattle – I found the large showroom and knowledgeable sales people very helpful. These guys are not pushy and they win you over with knowledge. They consulted me on my options and allowed me make an informed decision on my windows. I also had Windows, Doors & More do the window installation in my home. They sent out a team of professional installers and they did spectacular work. I would not go anywhere else to get my doors and windows
Bad experience, uninformed salesperson, poor communication, poor installation, poor service. Bought an expensive door/sidelight combo. Product came late, problem with finish, problem with installation, had to get manufacturer and distributor involved before this dealer would help solve the problem. Avoid, better service, and prices elsewhere
Professionalism can't be beat – I felt that I was taken care of when working with Windows Doors & More. My sales person helped me to choose just the right windows for my home and stayed with me during my entire purchase and installation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new windows or doors and will return to them for all of my future needs.
Don't believe what they say – I concur with the reviews above. It took over five months to receive my windows, and when I finally got them, the order was wrong, so I had to wait another month and a half to get all of my windows installed. I will say the first crew that installed my windows was excellent, and I was told the the same crew would be finishing the job...which of course did not happen. Talk is cheap.
"Lead time" versus delivery date to your home is unclear – Be sure to clarify when you can expect your orders to arrive at your home. You will be given a 'lead time' to anticipate your windows or doors, but this tells you when the items are anticipated to leave the factory for Windows, Doors and More's warehouse at which point you will get a call. Avoid this company at all costs – Seattle, Save yourself the stress and a loooot of wasted time and buy doors somewhere else. All I wanted was french doors in my house for summer. We all know summers are short and sweet around here so this was to be my late spring/early summer project. I was promised my doors in 2 weeks. Well two weeks came and so did the wrong doors. Nightmare! – Like many of the reviews before me mentioned, they totally screwed up my order and, once my check cleared, they stopped returning my calls. It is unfortunate that they would treat people like this.
Perfection... understanding... in construction? these people have got it... – So, I started out looking at windows, and I had contacted several other stores. I am not very versed in the world of construction and honestly have NO idea what most of the terms mean. All I know is the home I purchased needed serious help.
