My Experiance Differs... – I must admit I disagree with all the other reviews. I had a wonderful experiance, the sales person was clean and friendly and gave me a great price, and held my hand though the entire experiance. I had no issues with the sales staff. I loved the communication with the staff, everyone I spoke with was friendly. Worst Service and Professionalism – We wish we had read reviews on this company. We purchased Windows and a door in August 2006, when install came in December, All windows and door were the wrong size (their fault)- Windows finally got installed in January (door was still wrong- again) to find out one window was tinted incorrectly (they're 10 x 5 windows)- so it looks ridiculous from the exterior. Windows Doors and More – We also were very unhappy with this company - it's all about sales and little about service. I agree with the previous writer about their disregard for our home and property. Sold us windows that were to be painted white, received them primed in dark grey - their mistake, not ours or our architect. It took 3 heavy coats to cover the grey and they refused to help with the extra cost of that. You can buy windows anywhere, it's the service that will make a difference. – I had a similar experience as the other reviewer. They are more concerned with their sales figures and collecting payment than customer service. Tried getting them to come back out to fix a window for weeks with no response. If you do use them hold back on the final payment until you are completely satisfied with the product and installation because once they leave your house, you won't see them again. Strongly consider taking your business elsewhere. – I do not recommend this company to others. It took 5 1/2 months for my two exterior doors to be ordered and installed without problem--however I was required to pay 1/2 up front and was constantly badgered to pay without service completion. I had been told I would have my doors installed in early to mid-September and instead it was late October because they never put me on the installation schedule.
