RecommendedGood quality windows and the customer service which I received.
WW installed 6 windows and 2 patio doors. There was confusion on the patio rough openings. They split the difference on the required framing adjustments, a very fair offer, and are repairing a damaged frame. They will finish at the end of the month. So far, they’ve been very pleasant folks and have been very reasonable to work with in spite of some small issues that they have been eager to resolve.
The service man was pleasant and polite . He arrived when he was supposed to and cleaned up after himself. The experience I have had with Window World; both with the installment and the service call has guaranteed I WILL recommend Window World to my friends.

Living in a 1942 house with original windows make these cold fronts miserable!! It’s great being able to “live” in our North rooms without flapping curtains. My husband and I love them! Anne and Frank Galaway
3 1/2 stars Love the windows! The install crew were great. They were quick and friendly. They were the best price out of the 4 people that I received an estimate from. The only issues I had was the first time they arrived to do the install 9 of the ten windows were damaged. I lost one vacation day for this. I had to use a vaca day for the install. I highly recommend Window World TX to anyone who wants or needs windows! From the first call to schedule an appointment for a salesperson to come out to the end when the guys left after the install I have not one complaint! Everyone was super professional, polite, and welcoming! The work crew went above and beyond...they did an amazing job from start to finish!
