The lack of communication between this location and their customers is absurd. Waiting 3 months now for a minor warranty repair, nobody calls me back and they consistently blame other people in their own office.
We have had all windows replaced with no installation issues. After 8 years an issue developed with one and it was replaced at no charge. The technician that did the install was friendly and very competent. I would highly recommend him and Window World.
Great after sales service. We had one window with small problem and Window World came out the same day and repaired, we asked if they could come and check the rest in case the same fault might be in the other windows and they made appointment right then and there and came out and checked the other 23 windows to make sure they were in good condition also, Great customer service and fast. thanks again.
Love my new impact resistant windows. The gentleman that came out to give us the estimate did a great job of thoroughly explaining the windows and how they work. The workmen showed up on time did a great job, cleaned up their mess, and the windows look great.
