The customer service is outstanding from the design consultant Danny Ball to the 4 persons that installed my windows: Henry/Enrique, Nevado, his wife and the young man from Puerto Rico. I did not get his name!! Outstanding work and craftsmanship!! Now we’re cold/hot draft free. The noise level has minimized and I can sleep better. The house is better lit with outdoor light!! Truly a great job well done!!
Price is fair, and installation is very good
Window World installed all the windows and sliding doors in our condo following Hurricane Harvey. We had great support with Window World on our satisfaction with their products. Tim came out and fine tuned any minor issues we had. We feel very happy that we have great windows and sliding doors moving forward. Thank you for your wonderful support!!

We had a great experience with Window World of New Braunfels! They had the best prices & we are very happy with the quality of our windows. Even with a rain delay, their two man crew installed 14 windows in 1 1/2 days. I highly recommend this company!
Our house was built in 1987 and we decided to do a few upgrades. Window World put stucco in rock patterns, soffitts and fasia on it about 6 years ago. This past week they put in double pane windows throughout the house. The new windows have virtually cut out all outside noise. We can't wait to see how much our electric bill is affected.
