Quality windows, good price, great service.
The overall job was excellent! However, had some difficulty with status of a replacement window.
Window World is hands down the standard everyone should follow. From sales and service to install crews they are the best. Other companies should model themselves off of the expertise and customer care the folks at Window World have. Aside from providing a superior product we have been nothing less than 100% satisfied with every aspect and every interaction with anyone at Window World. The customer service is outstanding from the design consultant Danny Ball to the 4 persons that installed my windows: Henry/Enrique, Nevado, his wife and the young man from Puerto Rico. I did not get his name!! Outstanding work and craftsmanship!! Now we’re cold/hot draft free. The noise level has minimized and I can sleep better. The house is better lit with outdoor light!! Truly a great job well done!!
Price is fair, and installation is very good
Window World installed all the windows and sliding doors in our condo following Hurricane Harvey. We had great support with Window World on our satisfaction with their products. Tim came out and fine tuned any minor issues we had. We feel very happy that we have great windows and sliding doors moving forward. Thank you for your wonderful support!!
