Awesome windows. My gas bill has been cut in half due to the new windows. The only reason I rated a 4 is because, they have not sent a referral check to my friends who referred me to them. I filled out all the paperwork two months ago and still....they have not received anything. I will be contacting Kari soon to see what the issue is.

Fantastic company.My husband and myself are Happy with the windows from window world. Terry in the Wichita office scheduled the techs. shane and another tech to fix a minor problem with 2 of my 6 windows from window world. they are about 7 years old.we live on the lake and these windows are wonderful.
