Nothing but the highest compliments for Window World. They are NON pressuring (which is rare, I have come to find), do great service, and are timely. They listen, and then give suggestions based on that. The products are very high quality. I have worked with them for a slider door, front door, and now windows. Every time, I have been extremely happy with the service and employees. Thanks, Window World! I am sure I will be back for more :-)
Window World was super easy to work with. We had our picture window replaced and they were in and out while I was at work. They cleaned up after themselves and when I called about a scratch in the window they ordered a new one without hesitation. Very friendly staff that communicated well. I would highly recommend them.
We hired Window World to replace a sliding patio door. We could not be more pleased with the results and the service. The quoting process was easy and straightforward. Scheduling was a breeze. Communication was great throughout the entire process. The installers were right on time and very friendly. Best of all, the door looks perfect. I would highly recommend Window World of West Michigan. They came right out to do a quote at they time they said they would and the pricing was great.. They were friendly and very accommodating. The day before my window was to be installed, they called to remind me they would be arriving the next day. Horrible service on our screen door. It hasn't latched since the installation, the screen was installed back words and now it's falling off the hinges in less than a year.
