Our replacement door story is long so I won't go into it all but... It's cost my husband 2 days of his vacation leave ..1st day .. They were to come to replace the back door that broke soon after they installed it .. They showed up with a front door ?? So after waiting weeks for a new back door and had an appointment for 12-2 today ... No show .. Husband calls .. They say running late but we will be there .. It's now 530 pm and no call and no show !!! Guess he'll have to waste another vacation day ..

Very happy with the windows. Only took about 5 weeks for the windows to get in and another week and a half to schedule. So about 6 weeks in total. Came and replaced 10 windows in a few hours (several people came). They look fantastic! Thank you! Sometimes you have to be patient to get a job done right.

I am having the same problem that other people seem to be having, after 8 weeks I called them and then they scheduled me. Then rescheduled due to rain and reschedule for 2 weeks later. I have been rescheduled again, for 2 weeks later, because the weatherman said it would rain or snow but guess what, it's been dry as a bone the whole day at my house. Now we will see what the next schedule for 2 weeks from today will bring. I do not understand why they don't reschedule the next day person and install the person from the rainin... read more

After months of research decided to go with Window World and had our windows installed 1/9/2014. Great friendly crew that came out. 23 windows installed in about 4 hours, not even a nail was left behind after they cleaned up. With this being one of the coldest winters, have definely felt a major difference. Would recommended based on our experience!
