I ordered my windows in mid-July. As of today (2 and a half months later), I am still waiting to be called by Todd to schedule an installation date!!!

So I did post a picture of my leaking window that is more than likely a bad caulk job one does not close very well . The installers ran out of caulk and it took them a week to come back and finish the job which was poor since it is leaking . I will be in contact with them .
Windows are beautiful! However they've have come back to fix my glass door lock 5 times and they still not fixed! I have called them a few times with no return call! Extremely poor customer service!!!!!!! They installed my windows with no call back to see if the crew did a good job I feel they took the money put in the windows and could care less!! I want my front glass door fixed so since you can't return my calls I figured maybe you will return my call after this posting.
Thank you to Window World of Tidewater for standing behind their warranty! We purchased windows back in 2005. In August 2015 we called Window World to come and replace windows where the seal had blown. Three in total. Josie placed the order and was very efficient and pleasant. A gentleman came out and replaced the windows - no hassle- and no charge. Thanks again for your service!! B.Nickerson
Whittington team was awesome above and beyond. They put in 22 windows In 4 hours. Everything was clean and squared away. It took 8 weeks for the windows but it worked for us.
