Since signing a contract with Window World back in July we were told it would be October before we got our windows. Understandable. Finally in October we call to get a date, they explain it will be another 22 weeks. Okay, not happy, but things happen. On October 9th, surprise call to say that window world will install today. Took off work, spent the time preparing the house - 15 mins before the estimated arrival time, not only are they not coming.... they CAN NOT come for another 2 weeks. RecommendedWhen I first bought my windows from Window World in 2002, they were always there to for me. But since the COVID-19, things have changed drastically. I’m still waiting for my window sass and a big windows glass replacement in my kitchen. I highly recommend Window World.

This is the second house that WW has installed replacement windows in for us. Both installs went very well. The proof of how much the windows improved the energy efficiency of our home is attached. I took the temperature of the same window before the install and again with the new windows. Same 91 degree sunny weather and same time of day in both pictures. Customer service is awful. I ordered and paid for half of my sliding glass door Feb26th and they did not call me one time to let me know when/if my door would be installed. I had to call repeatedly and finally got the date for Jun 19th install. This door better be amazing!
WW installed a new back sliding door and a new front door last week in our 35 year old house. A few adjustments had to be made because the new back door was a little smaller. The new trim was perfect and attractive. I anticipated hours. They arrived promptly at 1:00 and finished by 2:15. The job was flawless, and we didn't have to clean a thing. On a scale from 1 to 10, I would give Window World a 12.
Andy was outstanding. The Window World Team, has been super professional and always able to answer all of our questions. We have several friends who have also had outstanding experiences here.
I had new shutters installed . Window World was on time and did an excellent job . Cleaned up and took the old shutters with them . The new shutters look great . We previously had our windows replaced by Window World and decided to use them again . Glad we did
