Had all my Windows replaced today. Juan Salazar and his Brother did an excellent job getting it done in a little over 4 hours. My Sales guy Kirk Sherwood delivered everything he told me i would get in the initial estimate. Everything looks wonderful. Yesterday evening, I had a rep from a competitor give me a quote for replacement windows for my home. It was a pressure-filled, frustrating event. Today I had a rep from Window World come. I was nervous after yesterday's hot mess. But, I couldn't be more pleased with how things moved along. No fuss, no pressure, no BS!! Hubby and I want to read over the paperwork, but this house call has made a big impression on us.
From the initial sales call to the install Window World of the Triad has exceeded my expectations. The 2 gentleman who installed my windows were thorough and friendly and did an excellent job (especially in the 30 degree weather). I am so happy with the outcome and will recommend you all with out a doubt.
