you can have someone to answer my call regarding my siding that got messed up during installation of windows. I have called twice. Pat
Poor customer service. We were told the job would be completed in 5 to 7 weeks. When we called them after 10 weeks, they made excuses about an employee. Then, the materials weren’t in. We were told that we would have to wait some more. When the work was finished and we had a problem we were told it was not a problem. I guess we’ll have to pay someone else to fix it.
We signed papers for our windows and door installation on 7/31/19. Our installation was on 8/30/19. First We received Bronze hinges on door with nickel knobs and hardware. The door got a few scratches during installation. And we were handed a small container of paint to touch it up ( ourselves ). Both windows were installed incorrect, by inches. My husband and I had 17 windows replaced last week by Window World. They did such a great job installing them. We only had one issue but were able to come to a compromise with Window World which spoke volumes to their customer service. One of their customer service reps kept me in the loop with the status of our order, scheduling and also helped to resolve the small issue we had, couldn't speak any higher of Megan & Tim for their help of making this a pleasant experience.
Window World installed 9 very large custom windows at my house on the lake. I could not have been more satisfied with the quality of the windows and the expert installation process. They are better than the custom windows that were originally installed and competitive all around. 5 stars is not enough they deserve more. Excellent company and excellent attitude and awesome people!!!! Thank You I couldn't be more proud of my windows and now the view is perfect just like you guys!
