They came today and did 9 sliding doors and 7 sets of casement windows all in 11 hours. They left everything neat and the windows and doors looks great. Could not be more pleased.
if I could I would give you 10 stars. The whole process was easy starting with our salesperson Clay. The girls in the office Audrey and Robyn who were so nice and sweet and our crew Juan and his helper!!!! Thank you so much!!!
Customer service is lacking and turn around time is terrible.
Don and I bought our windows more than 10 years ago. We had a couple of windows we had them replace. One being after 10 years. They ordered the windows right away and at no charge.We are very happy with our windows and Window World of the Triad.
The Window World windows installed in my home less than 10 years ago are cheaply made, and of low quality. Out of the 10 windows in my home that were replaced by Window World, all 10 have become completely unusable over the years due to seal failure. I contacted Window World customer service, and the only solution they offered was to sell me new windows at a slightly reduced price, and would not warranty them. I would highly recommend Window World of the Triad. It was a very pleasant experience and we love our new windows,siding, and door.
