Spent $16000.00+ for windows and sliders over ten months ago. Still waiting for Window World to finish the job. They continue to make excuses why they cant and seem to have an attitude when I call inquiring about the situation. My personal feeling is, they have gotten their money and are really not concerned about me as a customer. Have been told several times that they have over ***** customers and go out of their way for just one.I would not recommend this company to anyone.
The entire process of ordering my windows through installation with Window World of Tallahassee was exceptional. During the initial, free estimation, the representative was very professional and answered all of the questions I had. He seemed genuinely interested in getting me the windows I wanted rather than upselling me a product I didn't need. I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the price was.
