We just got two of our new windows installed a month to two months ago now. There was a miscommunication about some grids that we had talked to our salesman about, so now our new windows do not have the grids and therefore the windows do not look more original to our 1917 house. We have contacted the Omaha, NE location twice and been told both times that a manager will contact us is response, however that has not yet happened. We just got a new bay window and a new patio door. WE LOVE THEM!!! Everyone from the salesman, to the measuring guy to the installers - everyone was so professional and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anyone! The bay window has made a huge difference in our home - it's now the focal point and we couldn't be happier!
I also have not been happy. Let me mention that I live outside of Wichita, KS and was told that the owner of the Omaha and Wichita stores is the same person. Windows were installed in February and I have called between 6-12 times since then. One window did not fit properly and one had crooked grids and a screen that was too short. The installers have been here twice withe the incorrect windows. Just spoke with them today after being told they would be out tomorrow and was told my windows are back ordered after being assurred... read more
