Window World did a wonderful job on my new windows. Kevin and his crew arrived at 9:30 placed 8 windows, cleaned up and drove away by 2:00pm. Love, love love them. No more cold drafts. They look fantastic from the outside too!

Good windows. Waited to write this to see how theyd hold up, its been about a year now and the windows/outside wrap looks good. The installers were terrible they just complained the whole time about only getting paid by the job and having to stick around and do 18 windows at my house. They also told me i needed to fix the drywall under a bay window they tore out and basically yelled at me about it because it slowed them down. A hail storm come through Omaha in May of 2016 and my windows took a good beating. Let me say that I was fortunate enough that someone recommended Window World to me! I’ve worked with Window World on three separate occasions now. I had eight windows replaced the first time, and seven windows replaced the second time. Both times we had great communication, the windows were completed in a timely manner and the installers were very nice and got the work done quickly! I signed a contract in September and paid in full. $670 for 2 basement windows. They didn't come out til January 19th. Way to long of a wait. Not to mention I always had to contact them. Then when they showed up it wasn't even window world. They were some contracted out people. They walked through our house with muddy shoes getting mud on our carpet.
