This company is amazing. Our storm door blew off and shattered and they were out that same day to check it out and get measurements for a new door. The previous owners did a bad DIY installing the old door and door frame, so I was expecting them to need to do a total redo in order to install a new storm door, but they were able to salvage the frame and create a nice, tight seal with the new door. NO AIR LEAKS! And the door is so pretty.
I ordered storm windows on September 4. Still waiting...I’ve called several times. On Monday I requested an ETA. FRIDAY, still no answer.
Mike B. and his assistant did a fantastic job installing the sliding patio door!! My expectations were exceeded in every way. They were prompt, curteous, and left the site spotless, inside and out. Excellent job all the way around!! I've already recommended Window World to several people, including my parents, who had their windows installed last month. They were just as impressed with their installation as I was!!
Had Windows and siding installed. Everything looks first rate. They also have outstanding customer service, they are quick to fix any issues. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
