The salesman, Rich, came out and explained everything to us and how it would be done and for a great price with an excellent warranty. Then Nick, our installer, did a fantastic job by himself installing 13 windows. He returned the next day to install our 2 8 foot wide sliding doors. Nick and Tyler did a fantastic job completing that project and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves.
