RecommendedAmazing job at my house from start (salesman) to finish (installation). All windows and doors in my home replaced. Done perfectly the first time in one day by an amazing crew. Got it done right before the really bad cold snap and can tell such a difference in our comfort level and the sound level at our home. Ohh they do doors too! Here is a view out one of my beautiful doors.

Did great work in a timely manner. Was $3,000 cheaper than a local company with only 10 year warranty. They cleaned up after and removed all old materials. My sister recommended Window World and now I do too.
Had a spot on one of our windows I called them Monday and they came today and took care of it. The guy was so nice and friendly.
A must read - Jimbo, Jimbo, Jimbo - that is the name to remember. He was awesome. My husband and I thought he was honest and sincere. He believed in the product that he was selling, which for us was windows. He didn't know that we already had another estimator out a couple of weeks before him. He answered all our questions with answers we could easily understand. Now, Jimbo was our 3rd estimator from WW. The first one was 4 years ago and we couldn't afford the windows at that time. Excellent installers!!! The guys who installed Shane and Ben worked nonstop all day. It has been a while since we have seen anyone work that hard and be that thorough! They did a great job and our windows look fantastic!

Window world did all of our windows a couple of years ago and we were so pleased with the service and installation that we decided to purchase two doors from them. They were not cheap but we were paying for quality doors and installation. Well we were wrong. Love the doors but the installation was a total disaster. Nothing was done correctly. Messaged my salesman and to this day he has never responded. Not even a follow up call to see if we liked the doors. Very disappointed and will never recommend them for doors to ANYONE!... read more
